Job Eligibility: You must complete approved training and receive management approval before accepting certain service assignments. Certifications are reviewed by the Owner, Director of Operations, or authorized HR staff only.
Associates who wish to perform Medical Courier services must successfully complete the approved online Medical Courier Training before they are eligible to accept Medical Courier job assignments.
Associates who wish to provide Personal Assistant or Senior Assistance Visit services must successfully complete the approved online Personal Care Assistant (PCA) training before they are eligible to accept PCA-related job assignments.
Associates may not accept restricted job assignments until all required certifications are approved by management. If you attempt to accept an ineligible service, you will see: "You must complete and receive approval for the required certification before you are eligible to accept this service."
