1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.carebypurpose.com or the Purpose Dispatch Pro application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

2. Services Offered

Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC provides community-based delivery, transportation, and personal care services, including but not limited to:

• Medical Appointment Transportation (one-way, wait & return, extended)
• Personal and job commute transportation
• Long-distance transportation
• Child transportation
• Grocery, medication, meal, and package delivery
• Bill payment assistance and errand running
• Personal Assistant Services
• Senior Assistance Visits

Service availability is subject to active coverage areas and associate availability. Not all services may be available in all locations.

3. Service Area & Availability

Services are available only within our active coverage areas. Coverage areas are subject to change without notice. When you submit a service request, we will confirm whether service is available at your location. If no associate is currently available, your booking will be placed in our dispatch queue and we will notify you when an associate accepts your request.

4. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are submitted through the Purpose Dispatch Pro Customer App, accessible via www.carebypurpose.com. The website serves as the entry point and redirects customers to the app to complete registration and booking. By submitting a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any booking at our discretion. Bookings are not confirmed until an associate accepts the dispatch offer. You will receive notification of assignment via email and/or SMS.

5. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is dynamic and calculated based on the following factors:

• Base Service Fee: A fixed fee applied per service type.
• Mileage: A per-mile rate calculated based on the estimated distance between pickup and destination.
• Add-Ons: Optional surcharges for after-hours service, additional stops, holiday scheduling, rush priority, heavy items, stair carry, and other customizations.

All prices are quoted before you confirm your booking. Quotes are estimates; final charges may vary based on actual service rendered. All payments are processed through our secure payment platform. We are a cashless business — associates do not accept cash or process payments in the field.

6. Payment Authorization

By submitting a booking and proceeding to checkout, you authorize Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC to charge the payment method you provide for the quoted service amount plus any applicable add-ons. Payment is required before service dispatch begins. If payment is not completed, your booking will remain in "Pending Payment" status and will not be dispatched.

7. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available before an associate accepts your booking. Once an associate accepts your booking, a cancellation fee applies as disclosed at the time of booking. The cancellation fee amount is set by management and displayed during checkout. Repeat cancellations may result in account suspension. To cancel, use the app or contact us at (662) 445-4213.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may be issued for:

• Service not completed due to associate no-show (verified by dispatch log)
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Management-approved customer complaints

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date by contacting us at (662) 445-4213.

10. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
• Be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Treat associates with respect. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior will result in immediate account suspension.
• Ensure a safe environment for associates performing services at your location.
• Notify us of any special requirements, mobility needs, or access restrictions in advance.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

11. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or present a safety risk to our associates or community.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, road closures, medical emergencies, or associate unavailability.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, and software associated with the Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC Services are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Purpose Driven Delivery & Care LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
